Welcome to Beliko Co. (operating as B3LIKO, the “Website” or “Site”), accessible at www.belikoco.com, operated by Beliko Co. LLC, a business based in Chicago, Illinois, USA (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including any waitlist, subscription services, future e-commerce features, mobile apps (if launched), and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

 

By accessing, subscribing to our waitlist, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

 

1. Eligibility & General Use

– You must be at least 13 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have parental/guardian consent if younger).

– Use of the Services is for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only (unless we explicitly allow otherwise).

– The Site is currently in a pre-launch phase focused on waitlist sign-ups and brand announcements. Full shopping features may launch later.

 

We plan to operate as a dropshipping clothing and streetwear brand: Products will be sourced from third-party suppliers and shipped directly to customers. We do not maintain physical inventory.

 

2. Waitlist & Subscriptions (Current Phase)

– Signing up for the waitlist or newsletter grants early access notifications, promotions, and updates.

– You provide accurate information (email, etc.) and consent to communications (you can unsubscribe anytime via the link in emails).

– We do not guarantee product availability, launch dates, or exclusive offers.

 

3. Future Products, Orders & Payments (When E-Commerce Launches)

– Product images, descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change.

– Prices in USD, excluding shipping, sales tax (collected where required, including Illinois Retailers’ Occupation Tax for IL shipments), duties, and customs.

– Payments via secure processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal — to be specified at launch).

– Orders are offers; we may cancel/refuse for any reason (e.g., errors, fraud, supplier issues).

– Title and risk of loss transfer upon shipment.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery (When Applicable)

– Estimated times provided at checkout (typically 7–30 business days for dropship orders) — not guaranteed.

– We are not liable for carrier delays, customs holds, or force majeure events.

– International buyers responsible for duties/taxes.

 

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (When Applicable)

– Generally: 30 days from delivery for unworn/unwashed items in original condition with tags.

– Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) non-returnable unless defective.

– Refunds to original payment method (original shipping non-refundable unless our error).

– We comply with applicable laws and prohibit deceptive practices.

 

6. Intellectual Property

– All content (logos, “B3LIKO”/”Beliko Co.” branding, designs, text, images) owned by us or licensors, protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. User Content & Submissions

– Any reviews, photos, comments, or submissions grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote.

– You warrant your content is original, non-infringing, and lawful.

 

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

– Services provided “as is” without warranties.

– No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

– Maximum liability limited to amounts paid (if any) or $100, whichever is greater.

– We comply with Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act and federal laws.

You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
